Baghdad investment budget exceeds 1 billion USD in 2010

The investment budget of the capital Baghdad will reach $1 billion U.S. dollars in 2010, Baghdad’s governor said on Tuesday, adding that 40 percent of the budget will be allocated to finance projects from 2008 and 2009.
