Terms of Service and Return Policy
Prices for Iraqi Dinar orders are locked in once: 1) Payment has posted in Sterling Currency Group/DinarBanker.com bank account for wire transfer orders; or 2) Proof of payment (FAX/e-mail of Bank Check, Money Order, or Cashier Check) has been sent to DinarBanker.com personnel; or 3) Payment is received for mailed in payment orders. Even if a significant change in Iraqi Dinar value occurs, your order will be honored as long as payment has been initiated for wires, faxed/e-mailed for COD orders, or mailed for mailed orders.
Payment for submitted orders must be made within 7 business days---otherwise, the orders will be cancelled and a new order will need to be placed.
If there is a problem with the currency delivered, DinarBanker.com must be contacted within 7 business days after delivery via e-mail or phone in order to receive a full refund or exchange. If a problem or issue is discovered more than 7 days pass after delivery, refunds or exchanges will be at the discretion of DinarBanker.com management.
